The song "Too Funky" by George Michael was released on the album "Red Hot + Dance" July 7, 1992. The album was released to raise awareness and money to fight the onslaught of HIV/AIDS. The song itself was released as a charity single with this video: 

In the video several super models act on a catwalk. One of the models is the swedish supermodel Emma Sjoberg (Wiklund). She is wearing this costume. 

When Emma is walking on the stage the floor looks like below: the sign of illusions and hypnosis.

November 14, 2008 Beyonce released her third studio album called "I Am....Sasha Fierce". On the cover of the album she is wearing the same costume as Emma did back in 1992. The costume represents the vehicle of Baphomet.

So what do this mean? The official version told is this: 

“I have someone else that takes over when it’s time for me to work and when I’m on stage, this alter ego that I’ve created that kind of protects me and who I really am”.

"In her interviews, Beyonce describes her performances as Sasha Fierce like an experience coming right out of The Exorcist."

The symbol on the costume is Baphomet's head, the image of the Sabbatic Goat. The image is used by others also. The Baphomet is the sigil of Church of Satan.
