Here we see two video's both in New York in 1999.
In the first video Michael Jackson receives the Humanitarian Award at the Bollywood Awards Show in may 1999.
The second video is an interview filmed december 8th for the 1999 special MTV's 100 Greatest Video's.
After watching both video's i don't think there is any doubt this is the real Michael Jackson we see and hear speaking, we all know his unique voice... but somehow these two voices don't sound exactly the same to me...

The first video MJ is reading off his scripted speech. In the second one he is speaking off the cuff but from his heart in this interview. Perhaps he's a chameleon... likes to give value for money..
ReplyDeleteI say one, Michael, eyes don't lie, besides these videos are 6 months apart, as Anonymous says, the second interview is much more relaxed, the first you can see the discomfort, in him reading the speech, he even made reference to, how long the speech was, Love.
ReplyDeleteOnce I commented but if I could write again, I think they are twin brothers. It's possible maybe because of personality or other condition, firstly one Mike had to be always like a shadow. Or as they were small, considering being a sick, or a long and hard working hours, a pair of twins play one role of "Michael". For the period of voice change or to make Michael earn twice as much, adults could have decided to have one Michael appear.
ReplyDeleteIf I was one of them who had to be like a shadow, it might be complicated and sad. It's beyond my imagination how difficult it must have been for them. However, when two Michaels helped each other, it's worth playing a role and also having fun. I burned the top of my foot with boiling water. It took over one month to get better. It's really hard to imagine that MJ got better so soon from the Pepsi Accident. If Michaels helped each other, it's understandable and nice to know. I one and only Mickey Mouse can appear two different places at one time.
If there are two Michaels, they are not alone. Each of Michaels understands each other better than others do. The bond between Michaels and people around them (family) who know the fact must have been the strongest.
