Murray & A Get Out of Jail Free ??

Murray is now claiming in his legal documents that he has legitamate cause to appeal his conviction of manslaughter, in the Michael Jackson case. Some of the grounds for his appeal include: improper exclusion of defense evidence and witnesses, resulting in a violation of the defendants State and constitutional rights to due process in the court system. He wants the issues presented in the appeal on behalf of his defense.

What did the prosecutors forget? The bloody T-shirt that cost $3.99, that was hanging in the closet with the tag still on it? Murray syas he doesn't have available funds for his appeal, so he wishes to be released on his own accord. If Murray is released he plans to live with his baby's mother, doesn't that mean that he would then be as risk for someone to take him out? I'm not so sure that's one of the greatest "plans" he has ever had.

Murray has also agreed to wear an electronic monitoring system. He also states that he will find employment while out on bond. I'm questioning his ability to find not only gainful but any employment at this point. Let alone step out in public. You can never tell what will happen with our justice system, as we all know it's largely unfair at times.
