What's Up With Murray

By now we have all heard about Dr. Conrad Murray asking to be bailed out of jail, while awaiting to get another crack at overturning the manslaughter case. Claims are being made on the grounds that he never had a chance to prove that Michael killed himself due to stress, among other reasons.  Though he was denied bail earlier this week, he is still going forward with his case.

Judge Pastor said that Murray “scared him”, and he couldn’t think of him being out in public possibly able to hurt someone else. Murray has filed motions to appeal his conviction, but is in solitary confinement while waiting to get an answer on the appeal. His attorney, Valerie Wass says she believes Murray is a “scapegoat”, who is being blamed for Michael’s death because there is no one else to target. When we all know many people where involved in Michael’s life.

But the real question is, if Murray did get out of jail, be it on bail or due to the overturn of his conviction would he really be safe in society? There are people I’m sure out in society that would want no more then to see Dr. Conrad Murray dead. Remember he is in solitary confinement for a reason.  I’m sure he has a pretty price on his head. I mean he did off the most popular person on the earth…right? Or did he? Does Murray know something we don’t and that is why he is trying so hard to get out of jail?
