Why is it so important to take care of our teeth??

The teeth are not just for looking good.
Our forfathers used their teeth different than we do today. Teeth were important to survive. Chewing was a necessity to keep the stomach going. The teeth were used to separate food. They did not have knife and fork like we do today.
Today everything is replaceable and even teeth. Many do not take care of the teeth but not until they are not there people see why they are so important. A mouth that do not work as it should makes trouble for the body. A real toothache can make anyone crawl and beg for help. A stomach that do not get chewed food have difficulties to digest.

So why is it important to take care of a child’s teeth?? They will be replaced at later age…..
The teeth are in location and have to be that until the next tooth is coming through and the “old” one is exfoliated. If there is no milk tooth there the ones in the back push forward and there might not be any place left when the new teeth are coming through.
A child that at young age have to feel toothache and have to go through the treatment required to either save the tooth or extract it gets a bad start in dental care. The mouth is a private area where many have a problem letting others in.

So how do we take better care of our teeth??
The scientists have different theories and do new studies over and over again what is causing bad teeth and what can be done to change that.  As often as a new study is started they end up with the same thing. There are a few things that always have to be done to keep your teeth good. Tooth brushing 2 times a day with toothpaste. If needed floss daily. There is another aspect also that has a huge impact on the teeth condition. It is what you put in your mouth, what you eat. The mouth and the stomach needs time to recover after eating. The tooth need 2-3 hours. Every time you eat something, in fact anything except water the acid-level in the mouth gets low and that is when bacteria have the time of their life. They let out acid on the teeth that de-mineralize them. The body can heal this if it have time to do it. The 2-3 hours. To help the body healing this a re-mineralize the tooth we can eat things that do not get the acid level to low. The “food” of the bacteria are carbohydrate. They change the metabolism in the plaque and let out their acid. If they don’t get the carbohydrate they will starve and can’t let out the acid. The fast carbohydrate sucrose is what takes the acid level down fast and takes a long time to recover.  If this happen often it gets cavities that needs to be fixed by a dentist. The sooner the better.

  3. This is what I need to regret. If I were a wild animal, I was dead and gone, ages ago.:( Thanks to artificial teeth, I am alive.(^.^)
Talking about tooth, I cannot help remember... My brother used to say, "People are led to believe that fluorine is good for teeth and keep absorbing it everyday, when you brush your teeth."
Firstly, it was a problem that "Fluorine" generated air pollution However, "Fluorine" was needed for them to make Atomic bombs. Then they decided to make us believe that fluorine is safe.
They started to spread the fixed commonsense "Fluorine is good for teeth." Nobody is aware of the fixed commonsense because they used Media(TV/Paper) to spread it. It's easy form them to control us.
Now, Some cities do Water fluoridat in tap water just like Nazi did. Most people are using fluoridated toothpaste, (as well as Teflon-coated frying pan).
They are professional and sharp to make us believe what isn't true. We are all amateur and very easy to believe everything automatically.

  4. Start cleaning your baby's teeth at least once a day as soon as you can see a tooth emerging. By starting early, your baby will become used to having his teeth cleaned and hopefully, you will avoid future problems with brushing.
